Expressions like "suck cock" and the like are really breast references - since, as most men will admit, the membrane of the glans is generally far too sensitive to be forcefully sucked at the height of passion. But the expression exists because men fantasize about having breasts, and in the synaesthesia of orgasm they can even experience the penis as a breast, which "feeds" the hungry fellateer. Even the use of a straw to drink soda with is pleasurable because it reminds the drinker of another, earlier source of pleasure: the breast.
